The Arctic Circle Assembly 2025 will take place from October 16 to 18 at the Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Centre in Reykjavík, Iceland. As the largest international gathering focused on Arctic affairs, this event brings together over 2,500 participants from more than 75 countries.

The Assembly offers a unique platform for governments, organizations, universities, think tanks, environmental groups, Indigenous communities, and citizens to engage in a comprehensive and democratic dialogue on pressing Arctic issues. With hundreds of sessions and speakers, it fosters international cooperation and collaboration on topics ranging from climate change and sustainable development to geopolitics and Indigenous rights.

In addition to the main Assembly, specialized forums such as the Arctic Circle Business Forum and the Polar Dialogue will address Arctic business opportunities and geopolitical challenges, providing spaces for targeted discussions and networking.

The 2025 Assembly continues its tradition of facilitating meaningful conversations and partnerships aimed at shaping a sustainable and resilient Arctic future.
