The ARCFISH project, within the scope of its activity, needs to collect some personal data from users of its website, social networks, applications, digital products and services (hereinafter jointly referred to as “platforms”), it also requires, in some cases, the collection of information user’s personal data In order to enjoy services provided by the ARCFISH project, or the collection of data from your device (through files called cookies), to improve the performance of said platforms.

Right not to be subject to automated individual decisions – The data subject has the right not to be subject to any decision taken exclusively based on the automated processing of his personal data, including the definition of profiles, which produces effects in his legal sphere or that significantly affects you in a similar way.
Right to withdraw consent – The holder has the right to withdraw his consent for the processing of his personal data at any time, which does not, however, invalidate the treatment carried out until that date based on the consent previously given.
